The apartment is fully furnished, with air conditioning, equipped kitchen and with the possibility of easily finding parking nearby. It is suitable for 4 people, but can accommodate up to 6 thanks to a comfortable sofa bed in the dining room.
It is located on the second floor, without a lift, of a residential condominium, with a large garden.
You will find yourself in a quiet residential neighborhood, just 5 minutes from the University and 20 from the historic center.
Right in front of the house there is the stop for the city bus line 9, which will take you to the centre in no time!
